Featured work

All work

Four things, done properly, rather than a list of everything.

Marketing sites

The site your business is judged by. Fast, accessible, and easy for you to change later without paying someone.

Web apps and SaaS

Software people log into. Auth, database, payments, dashboards — the parts that turn a site into a product.

Multilingual builds

English, Arabic, French, Russian, Swedish. Real right-to-left support where it applies, not a flipped stylesheet.

Rescue and rebuild

You have something half working that nobody will touch. I take it over and hand it back maintainable.

Skills

The tools I reach for, and what I actually use each one to do.

The lab

Every interaction on this site has a bench, with the controls left on. Pull the levers and watch what breaks.

Already built

You already have a site. Make it work.

Slow, broken on a phone, or nobody left who knows how to change it. I audit what is actually wrong first and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping — sometimes the answer is that a rebuild costs less than fighting the one you have.

  • A full audit of what is actually wrong
  • Speed, accessibility and SEO fixes applied
  • Broken links, forms and checkout paths repaired
  • Mobile layout fixed properly, not patched
  • Dependencies and security patches brought current
  • An admin you can use, if there is not one already
  • Handover notes so the next person is not stuck

One-off. Continue on the Care Plan to keep it that way.

The audit is free and yours to keep, whether or not you hire me.

How it works

Four steps, in order. No long discovery phase before anything is visible.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery

Thirty minutes, free. We talk about what the business needs to happen, not how many pages it has.

  2. Step 2

    Design

You review the real thing in your own browser, on your own phone. Static mockups hide how something actually feels.

  3. Step 3

    Build

Shipped in stages you can watch land, so nothing is a surprise at the end and changes stay cheap.

  4. Step 4

    Launch

Deployed, measured, and handed over with documentation written for you. You own everything.

I’m Yusuf. I build websites and web apps on my own design, build, deploy, and the part after launch that most people leave out.

Most of my work is for small businesses and founders who have been quoted too much by an agency, or who had something built cheaply and now cannot change a price without breaking the page. I take those on as often as new builds usually the fastest way to understand what someone actually needs is to fix what they have.

I build in English, Arabic, French, Russian, Swedish and whatever else a project needs — with real right-to-left support where it applies, not a flipped stylesheet. Locale-correct dates, numbers and currency, type chosen for each script rather than inherited. If your site has to work the same in more than one language, that is the part most people get wrong.

Everything ships in your name — code, domain, accounts. You get an admin you can actually use, so changing a price or publishing a post never means emailing me. If you decide to work with someone else afterwards, nothing is holding you here.

What it's like to work with me

The things worth knowing before you hire someone you have not met.

I reply within one business day

Every message, including the ones that turn out not to be a fit. If I can't help, I'll say so quickly and point you somewhere better rather than going quiet.

You get a written update every week

What shipped, what's next, and anything that changed. You'll never have to ask how it's going — and you can email me directly at any point, not through a form.

You own everything

Code, designs, domains, accounts. All of it transfers to you on final payment, with no licence, no lock-in and no ongoing fee to keep using what you paid for.

Unhappy with a milestone? We fix it or you stop

Each milestone includes two rounds of revisions. If it still isn't right, you can end the project there and only pay for the milestones already delivered.

If I'm unavailable, you're not stranded

Repositories, accounts and documentation are in your name from day one. Another developer can pick it up without me — that's the point of building it properly.

NDAs are fine

Send yours and I'll sign it, or I'll provide a standard mutual one. Enterprise work regularly starts this way and it's never a problem.

Anyone can make it look finished. The work is making it still work in a year, in someone else’s hands.

How I build

Live demo · no login

Every client gets a portal.

Not a folder of email attachments and a status call every fortnight. Progress you can watch, files you sign off, invoices you pay in place, and a thread that reaches me.

  • Sign off a deliverable and watch the feed move.
  • Ask for changes and see them enter the queue.
  • Pay an invoice without leaving the page.
Try it yourselfOpens the real thing, with a made-up client in it.

What it costs

Full pricing

Fixed, agreed before I start. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

  • Launch

    $400

    One page, done properly.

  • Growth

    from$750

A full site, three to nine pages.

  • Web app

    from$2,500

    Software, not a brochure.

Bigger builds are quoted from $5,500. Aftercare is a separate monthly plan — all of it is on the pricing page.

I had a great experience working with Yusuf on my website. From the beginning, he was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and always quick to make updates whenever I needed something changed. What I appreciated most was how much initiative he took throughout the project. He didn’t just wait for instructions. he came up with ideas, made helpful suggestions, and genuinely cared about making the site look and function its best. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free, and the final result turned out even better than I had imagined. If you’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and easy to work with, I’d definitely recommend Yusuf.
